Jointly sponsored by the statutory tourist boards of England and Scotland and Visit Wales (the Tourism Department of the Welsh Government), this report presents the main findings of the 2016 Great Britain Day Visits Survey (GBDVS). The survey measures participation in Tourism Day Visits taken to destinations in the UK (including Northern Ireland) by residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
